SHIPPING & HANDLING
Please allow 7-10 business days for any non-customized orders to leave our studio and be sent your way. Please allow three weeks for any personalized orders to be created and ready to ship from our studio. If you place an order with both customized and non-customized items included, please allow three weeks for the items to leave our studio. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please note we are unable to make changes to your order or shipping address once an order has been received. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items are non-refundable unless the idieh shop has made an error. If this is the case, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get right on it to make it right.
GARMENTS ONLY: You may return your garment for refund as long as you contact idieh design (email@example.com) to notify us of the return and return the item within 7 days of receipt. Item must be in ORIGINAL condition as received, unworn and unused in order to qualify for a refund. Refunds are given when garment has been returned within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive your garment, you will be refunded the amount minus shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Please remember that computer monitors, smartphone screens & tablet screens do not always depict colors exactly as they will appear in real life. Colors on products may vary slightly from the images you see on your screen.
